What is the minimum order requirement?

The minimum quantity that you can purchase is 24 cards.

How long does it take to begin processing my order?

Processing time usually takes 4-5 business days to process before shipping. This does not include shipping transit time.

Can I customize cards?

If the font or font color that you prefer is not what is displayed on the image, you can change the font and color using the drop down menus located in the card customizer. Simply click on the text areas, and begin editing.

Can you change the size of a card I like?

No, we cannot alter the card to a different size and/or format that is not already provided.  Please choose custom design for this option.

I like a card design, but want it for a different occasion, can I do that?

Yes, the size and design of the card will remain the same, but you can change the text. Simply select the text box and change the wording for the event of your choice.

How long does it take to start working on my order?

We count the first processing day starting at 12:01 am PST the business day after your order is placed.  Thus, for an order placed at 5:00 pm PST on Monday, Tuesday (if it is not a holiday) constitutes the first business day for calculating the processing time for that order.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

Is there any tax applied to my order?

Our headquarters is located in the state of Utah. We are required by law to collect sales tax of 6.85% for orders that are shipped to destinations within the state of Utah. Orders shipped outside of Utah are exempt from sales tax.

What photo formats do you support?

You can currently your photos in the following formats: .jpg, .gif, and .tiff to info@chickadeeprints.com.

What size photo should I send?

Always upload in the highest resolution your camera will support. We recommend that your photo be at least 240 dpi, 300 dpi ideal.  Remember, the more pixels (or photo) per square inch, the less white space (which causes fuzziness) and thus a more beautiful reproduction onto paper.  While it may be tempting to crop the photo or stamp out something you see on your own, please wait until you've uploaded the original photo, then make your changes within the edtior.

How do I send you my photo?
